Selected students travel to Germany for intensive residential training at reputed academies. Focus areas include European tactical discipline, advanced technical skills, and match intelligence.
Top performing students enter a 3-4 month advanced domestic training phase. This program is fully sponsored via CSR to remove economic barriers for elite talent.
